Northwest Missouri Academy of Dance

Northwest Missouri Academy of Dance offers expert instruction for all ages and levels. We offer two different tracks of study. One is for the pre-professional dancer and the other is for children or adults who understand the value of ballet, dance and gymnastic training and wish to receive the best teaching available for vocational or recreational reasons. Our emphasis is on the learning experience and motivating our dancers and gymnasts to reach their fullest potential. Our comprehensive approach is based on the traditions of classical ballet and prepares students for the widest spectrum of opportunities within the artistic community and professional dance and gymnastic world. Dancers and gymnasts will gain body awareness, hand eye coordination, strength, balance, confidence, rhythm, expression, personality, grace, creativity, muscle control, coordination, a sharper memory and have fun along the way. The skills the students acquire can be applied to all walks of life and will provide the strength and coordination development essential for all athletic prowess’s.
